A. Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the last item(s).

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of cancellation before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to the following goods:

  • Custom-made clothing (e.g., items specifically tailored, embroidered, or printed for the customer). These items are produced individually to your specifications and cannot be canceled or returned.

General Notes

  • Avoid damage or contamination of the goods.

  • Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If the original packaging is unavailable, ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

  • Avoid sending goods unpaid (freight collect).

  • The above conditions (points 1-2) are not prerequisites for exercising your right of cancellation.
